• Recyclable and biodegradable operations

  We have fully transitioned to using 100% cage-free eggs across all culinary operations. This commitment ensures more responsible sourcing, supports improved animal welfare, and strengthens transparency within our supply chain.

  Our fruit-and-herb garden is nourished with compost from kitchen prep, and spent coffee grounds return to the soil. Harvests inspire curry pastes, team meals, and demonstrationsturning unused space into a living resource.
• Zero-Waste Partnerships
  Together with Phuket SOS, untouched surplus food is redirected to the community. A certified partner also recycles used cooking oil into biofuel—keeping valuable resources in circulation.
• Kitchen offcuts become house-made staples
  — peel-infused teas, fruit compotes, and strained yoghurt reducing waste while adding fresh, small-batch touches guests can enjoy with a result of fewer disposal

  Towels and bed linens are made from recycled fibres. This initiative reduces the need for new materials and incorporates sustainability into essential in-room experiences while maintaining quality.
